1. What is Optimizer Luxe?
Optimizer Luxe is a modern fashion brand rooted in minimalism, elegance, high quality wear crafted for the EU market. We design intentional pieces for women who want to stand out with simplicity.
2. How does the pre-order model work?
When you place a pre-order, your item is made specifically for you.
Here's how it works:
You order your piece during our pre-order window.
We begin production after the window closes.
Your item is shipped to you once it’s ready (usually within a week).
3. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the EU, countries like France, Poland, Germany, Czech, Spain, Italy among others. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
We use trusted shipping providers, including:
InPost (for Poland-based customers)
DPD, FedEx, DHL, and GLS for domestic and international orders.
4. How long does delivery take?
Because we produce items on pre-order, delivery typically takes 3–6 weeks after the pre-order window closes. You’ll receive regular updates by email throughout the process.
5. Are all products on pre-order?
No — we will be offering a custom ready-to-ship shirt collection.
These shirts are in stock and ship within 2–3 business days after your order is placed.
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your item is dispatched.
6. Can I return or exchange an item?
Due to the pre-order nature of our pieces, we accept returns only in cases of:
Sizing issues
Defects or damage
Order errors on our part
For in-stock items (e.g., shirts), we offer exchanges or refunds within 7 days of delivery if the item is unworn and in original condition. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Please check our size chart carefully when ordering, and feel free to contact us if you need help selecting your size.
7. How do I know my size?
You can find our detailed size chart in every product page, and on the footer. It includes bust, waist, and hip measurements in both inches and centimeters across UK, US, and EU sizes.

8. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing a pre-order. After that, we begin production and cannot accept cancellations.
In-stock items: Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
