We ship orders across the cities in Poland, the European countries, and Abroad.

InPost (Poland only – lockers and home delivery)

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Timeline
🔸 Pre-Order Items
Production begins after the pre-order window closes.
Estimated delivery: 2–5 weeks from the pre-order close date.
You’ll be notified once your item ships.
🔸 Ready-to-Ship Items (e.g., shirts)
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days within Poland, 3–7 business days for EU/international orders.
Shipping Costs
Calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, weight, and delivery method.
Free shipping may be available during special promotions.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Polish public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
International Shipping & Customs
For orders outside the EU, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's laws.
Optimizer Luxe is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes incurred upon delivery.
Missed or Lost Deliveries
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, additional charges may apply to resend it.
If your package is lost or delayed, contact us at hello@optimizerluxe.com, and we will assist you in tracking or resolving the issue.
Split Shipments
If your order includes both pre-order and ready-to-ship items, they may be shipped separately. You’ll be notified if this applies to your order.
